AT the salon
For the enjoyment of your salon experience and the enjoyment of other guests in the salon (who have arranged childcare), we do not allow children of any age to accompany parents to their appointments. We will not be able to begin your service if there will be children or teens attending. We encourage you to partner with our wonderful neighbor business “Kid Spa” Austin if you have young children and are unable to arrange childcare. They offer hourly rates and a safe and fun environment for infants, toddlers and children. If your childcare arrangements unexpectedly change, please notify the salon at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to accommodate your needs in the best way available. Children over 8 may receive services at full price if they are cooperative, etc.
Please feel free to stop by anytime to look around and say hello. If time and staffing permits, we will give you a tour of the salon and answer any questions about the services we offer and the products we are proud to carry. A brief but thorough consultation is complimentary and takes around 15 to 20 minutes. These consultations can be booked in anticipation of considering an appointment at Blonde Faith. We encourage you to bring pictures along to communicate visually and provide inspiration from you to your stylist. All of our stylists have Instagram accounts and are happy to communicate via Instagram as well.

We love being a part of a wonderful gift you may give to a loved one, business colleague, client or friend. When you purchase a gift card from us, you are purchasing a promise that we will give the recipient the best Blonde Faith experience we can! We will listen to them, pamper them and give them a wonderful, relaxing and customized appointment. Gift cards are available in any denomination. Please feel free to inquire what amount would be appropriate for the services you have in mind, or let us suggest or design a customized package for your recipient.
Please allow plenty of time for your appointment. We want to you to truly enjoy your visit and look forward to coming to the salon. Often luxury hair appointments can last 2-3+ hours for a color, refresh, highlight, glaze and blowout. For specialty services such as keratin smoothing treatments, hair extensions or combinations of multiple services included in our “Signature” menu, appointments can last 4-5 hours. We strive to provide the best possible services with the most thorough and professional techniques. If you have any concerns regarding duration of appointments, please feel free to contact the salon or consult with your stylist in advance.
CANCELLED OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Your stylist sets aside your appointment time just for you and your particular service, often in blocks of 1-3 hours. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us a minimum of 48 hours in advance so that we may schedule another client in your reserved time slot. If you are not able to cancel 48 hours in advance and are not able to notify the salon, you will be asked to reserve your time with a credit card the next appointment, and you will be charged the full amount for a missed appointment. No-show/no-call appointments will not be allowed to rebook with Blonde Faith Salon.
Having advanced notice allows us to fill the appointment slot with a waiting and paying client. Not giving Blonde Faith notice means that the slot reserved (often 1-3 hours) goes unbooked, causing the stylist to lose actual income and also not be able to accommodate the requests we have for services.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us for any reason please let us know as soon as possible. If you fail to show up for your appointment and fail to cancel before 48 hours prior, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the fees applicable to the service reserved. You will not be able to book with Blonde Faith if any outstanding fees apply.
LATE: Any guests arriving late to an appointment may be subject to rescheduling the service. By booking a service with Blonde Faith Salon, you are agreeing to these terms outlined and fully understand our cancellation policies.
Our commitment is to give you our best every time. If you are ever unhappy with a service you have received at Blonde Faith please do not hesitate to let us know within 48 hours via email at firstname.lastname@example.org (and include pictures if possible) or by phone or text, as we will gladly try to better meet your needs by scheduling you a complimentary appointment to address your concerns.
If you are unhappy with any product purchased, please feel free to let us know and we will allow you to substitute for another product of equal or lesser value as long as product is 75% or more unused and 30 days has not elapsed.
Services vary in price depending on length of hair, thickness of hair, time required and products involved. Feel free to ask your stylist if you are unsure how our pricing structure works or schedule a complimentary consultation and we will assess your needs.
We are proud to utilize only the finest quality extensions on the market to add volume, length, or color work to your hair. We carry HaloCouture (tape-ins and "Halo") and Hairtalk as well as Trumatch and Hotheads. We now offer hand-tied wefts (Bohyme). We also use a few other specialty brands for special applications, as well as custom top pieces including wigs. Extensions can be worn long term (with regular maintenance appointments, usually ranging about 4-6 weeks after application) or short term for weddings or other special events. Hairtalk and HaloCouture offer exceptional quality tape-in extensions using a medical grade adhesive that is absolutely damage free for the hair. Yes, we have WiFi. Please feel free to bring your device, tablet, iPad or laptop with you to your appointment.
We ask that all devices be used on “silent” or with headphones to ensure a relaxing experience for all our clients. Complimentary disposable headphones are available upon request.
