If something isn't right, please contact us within 48 hours via email at blondefaithsalon@gmail.com or by phone/text (photos are always helpful). Please note that refunds are not issued, but we will absolutely work with you to make it right.

Can I bring a guest with me?





We're not able to accommodate extra guests for the duration of appointments.

Are children allowed at appointments?





To preserve a relaxing experience for all guests, we're not able to accommodate children accompanying parents to appointments. If your childcare plans change unexpectedly, please notify us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Children over 8 may receive services at full price if they are cooperative. Guests under 18 must have a parent sign our policies form.

What is your cancellation policy?





We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged the full service amount. No-call/no-show appointments will not be permitted to rebook without a pre-paid deposit.
