Do you have WiFi?





Yes! Feel free to bring your device. We just ask that all tech be used on silent or with headphones to keep the vibe relaxing for everyone.

What if I'm unhappy with my service?





If something isn't right, please contact us within 48 hours via email at blondefaithsalon@gmail.com or by phone/text (photos are always helpful). Please note that refunds are not issued, but we will absolutely work with you to make it right.

Can I bring a guest with me?





We're not able to accommodate extra guests for the duration of appointments.

Are children allowed at appointments?





To preserve a relaxing experience for all guests, we're not able to accommodate children accompanying parents to appointments. If your childcare plans change unexpectedly, please notify us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Children over 8 may receive services at full price if they are cooperative. Guests under 18 must have a parent sign our policies form.

What is your cancellation policy?





We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged the full service amount. No-call/no-show appointments will not be permitted to rebook without a pre-paid deposit.

How is pricing determined?





Service pricing varies based on your hair's length, thickness and the time and products required to achieve your desired look. You'll always receive a confirmed price at your consultation. Our pricing is also gender-neutral and based solely on your hair and the service.

Do you offer extensions?





Yes! We carry HaloCouture, Hairtalk, Trumatch, Hotheads and several hand-tied weft brands including Bohyme, Bellami and Bombshell. We're proud to be a Bellami VIP Salon. Extensions can be worn long-term (with maintenance every four to six weeks) or short-term for special occasions.

How often should I book a Milbon treatment?





We recommend every four to six weeks for best results, especially if you regularly heat style or color your hair.

What hair treatments do you offer?





We offer a range of restorative treatments to target frizz, dryness and damage. Our flagship is the Milbon Signature Professional Treatment. We also offer Redken Acidic Bonding, Oribe Renewal Remedies deep conditioning and a classic deep conditioning add-on. Milbon treatments are performed only by our Milbon-trained stylists.

What is the Blonde Faith Blowout?





Our signature blowout is a full-on pampering experience that starts with a consultation and a shampoo using products chosen specifically for your hair type, followed by a custom blowout tailored to your texture and goals, whether that's sleek and straight, bouncy and voluminous or wavy.

How often should I come in for color touch-ups?





This depends on the service. We generally recommend glazes and toners every four to six weeks to keep color fresh, touch-ups for solid color every six to eight weeks and highlights or balayage every eight to twelve weeks.

What's the difference between balayage and highlights?





Traditional highlights use carefully sectioned pieces of foil for a uniform, all-over lightened look. Balayage is a freehand painting technique that creates a more natural sun-kissed dimension with a softer, lower-maintenance grow-out.

What color services do you offer?





Our color menu includes balayage, highlights (classic foil, babylights and color melting), all-over color applications, bleach retouches, glaze and toner refreshes, gray coverage and color corrections.

Where are you located and what are your hours?





We're at 10526 W Parmer Ln, Suite 417, Austin, TX 78717. Our hours are Monday 8am–6pm, Tuesday through Thursday 8am–8pm, Friday 8am–7pm and Saturday 8am–5pm. We're closed on Sundays.

How do I book an appointment?





You can book online 24/7 right here. A credit card is required to hold your spot, but it won't be charged at the time of booking.

Do I need a consultation before my appointment?





For color services, extensions and major transformations, yes. A brief consultation (about 15–20 minutes) helps us understand your hair history, goals and lifestyle before we make any decisions. Consultations can be booked online anytime.

Can I swim or exercise with my extensions?





Yes, but with caution. Chlorine and salt water can damage extensions, and sweat can affect the bonds. It's best to consult with your stylist for specific care tips related to your lifestyle.

How do I maintain my hair extensions?





We will provide detailed care instructions based on the type of extensions you choose. Generally, gentle washing, conditioning and brushing are recommended.

Can I color or heat style my extensions?





Yes, most extensions can be colored and styled with heat tools. However, we recommend discussing this with your stylist to ensure the best care for your specific type of extensions.

Will hair extensions damage my natural hair?





Our salon prioritizes the health of your natural hair. Hand-tied wefts, for example, are designed to minimize damage. Proper application and maintenance are key to preventing damage.

How long do hair extensions last?





The lifespan of hair extensions varies depending on the type and how well they are cared for. Generally, they can last anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months.
